Henrik has more than 30 years of international garment industry experience spanning Europe and Asia. He has held senior leadership positions with global fashion and trading companies and has founded and managed garment sourcing operations across multiple international markets.
After 17 years living and working in Asia, Henrik relocated to Oregon and co-founded KONTRA Uniforms in 2013. His extensive expertise in garment manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and global supply chains drives KONTRA’s commitment to delivering exceptional Fire Retardant and Arc-Rated uniform solutions.
Soren Nielsen, President & Founder.
Soren brings more than 30 years of international business, financial, and entrepreneurial experience spanning the U.S., Europe, and Africa. After moving to the United States in 1999 and earning his MBA from Portland State University, Soren joined Vestas as Sales & Marketing Manager. He later co-founded Novus Windpower, developing large-scale wind energy projects in Texas and Oklahoma.
In 2013, Soren co-founded KONTRA Uniforms, bringing his experience in finance, sales, business development, and entrepreneurship to the Company with a focus on growing business relationships while delivering long-term value and exceptional service.
